Ultimate Beef &amp Liver Chili

  • 2 lbs grass-fed ground beef
  • ½ – 1 lbs chicken livers
  • two-3 massive onions (peeled and chopped)
  • five cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (or sub tallow)
  • 8 big tomatoes peeled and chopped or 25 oz. peeled diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup bone broth or water
  • four tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tsp dried coriander
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp sea salt (you&#x27ll possibly want to add far more, but if you take place to use stewed tomatoes or broth that has salt added this is a very good place to start)
